Our apprentices make up 10% of our workforce. Why, we hear you ask? We believe that in order to invest in the talent of tomorrow we must pass on the skills of our past. Hythe Group apprentices work in all trades throughout Hythe Group, this ensures our trainees have a vast and solid foundation (across all skillsets) with which to build their future careers.
Due to Hythe Group working across multiple industries there are options to expand the apprenticeship training experience. After completing a pipefitter welder apprenticeship Hythe can also offer a day release course to cover plumbing (domestic and commercial). This gives apprentices a more in depth understanding of the fundamentals linked to the trade. As a result Hythe apprentices become more versatile and adaptable to the evolving requirements of the industry.
With a Hythe Group apprentice scheme you’ll find yourself a great family to work with, incredible mentors and limitless career possibilities.
"I found the Hythe Marine Services team to be keen to comply with the safety measures in place, they routed cables responsibly and have been friendly when requested to amend something to a safer alternative."

“Hythe Building Services provided an excellent service undertaking the Mechanical Design and Delivery of the new Science Block at St Georges Catholic School, collaborating well with all trades on site and liaising extremely well with the end-user to ensure a very professional and seamless project delivery and handover, I’m looking forward to working with their team again soon”
Stephen Duggan | Senior Site Manager | Kier Construction
"The Hythe Marine Services did an amazing job brazing a fuel line that had split whilst we were on holiday. They travelled out to us within a few hours of speaking to them on the phone and fixed it right away. We are so grateful, you guys saved our holiday, thank you so much!"
